Please put down KateRayburn for the last open 4e slot. If another patron comes along and wants it she can bow out, but in the meantime if the option is open she'd like to play. (Kate is my wife).

Here's an update:

The current two days being suggested are Thursday and Saturday. People that have spoken up for these games are:

Thursday night: 8pm-11pm (4E Game, Wrath Playtest)
Terraleon
Valmiras
Varianor
snifferdoo
TimRayburn
(Open) (KateRayburn if no patron joins)

Saturday afternoon: (8-11am or 7-10pm 3E Zobeck Playtest)
Watcher
sadrx
wills4223
FunkBGR
Daigle
cgplayer2000 (tenative)

**Game Closed**

****

That leaves one slot definitely open, possibly 2 if cgplayer2000 can't make it. Chime in if you're certain one way cgplayer2000.

If you don't like the night you're playing for reasons of Edition, pipe up now.

If you're playing on Thursday night: We're going to need to decide who's making what characters. We need a:
Fighter:
Cleric:
Wizard:
Rogue: (terraleon)
Warlock:
Ranger:

For the Saturday game: Which time slot works better? 8-11am or 7-10pm?

Votes:
8-11am: No Votes
7-10pm: 2 Vote (wills4223, Daigle)

Locations: TBD.

-Ben.

Terraleon, I'm going to pull out of consideration for the Saturday game. I'm in the 8-10 hour LFR event the night before, which ends around 0500AM. I'm in a different LFR event during the evening time frame. If my group makes it to the second round, we'll be in a Dungeon Crawl Classics event during the morning time frame. Thanks!

I would be happy with the cleric, wizard or ranger. If I have to pick? Go cleric.

Since there is an opening on Saturday I'll move over to there from Thursday since I'm not familiar with 4E yet. I vote for the 7-10pm slot as well.

And unless some times have changed, isn't there an Open Design Seminar at 10am on Saturday?

Steampunk and Open Design (Seminar)
Time: Saturday 10:00 AM
Location: Embassy Suites
Room Number: Chancellor 3

I mentioned this when I first spoke up about the game and with GenCon nearing, I figured it would be good to say it again. If anyone wants my place in the game Saturday, just ask. I don't want to hog the space if someone else is gunning to play.

I will take the warlock if that is ok.

Any races taboo or preferred?

Did we ever decide on a level?

Good question. I think we're aiming for potluck at the tables, but I don't know the site layout well enough to say where.

Cell phones may be involved...

Good point. Other forums I belong to compile private cell phone lists to distribute to those going to Gen Con. I'd be happy to compile such for patrons if people are interested. (Please email me your cell phone number and your real name accordingly. If my email isn't in my profile it's bill DOT collins ATSYMBOL gmail DOT com.) I would anticipate distributing Tuesday before Gen Con or so.

It shouldn't be too tough to acquire playspace, I've had no trouble in the past. I'll do a scouting pass when I arrive on Wednesday-- I have time before check-in and after acquiring my swag bag. We'll be good to go, I promise.
