For lack of a better term, I suggest a Moot for the Open Design patrons attending GenCon. There's the Ram, which is usually pretty busy on wednesday, or we can hunt down another bar-- there are more than a couple within walking distance of the convention center.

Is this something people would like to attend, or am I the only one curious at the faces behind the names?

-Ben.

In a different year, yes. This year? I raise a glass while packing my bags.

FYI - the Ram doesn't take reservations for Wednesday evening anymore. You can still show up and have a better chance of getting a table with a shorter wait than Thursday night.

(I have been checking with various places for options at Wolfgang's request some months ago.)

Alright, so I looked around and found out that the Claddagh Irish Pub on 234 S. Meridian St (822-6274) would be more than happy to have us... They're about 2 blocks from the convention center, very easy to get to.

I know it's short notice, but I'm thinking 7ish pm. They're cool if we decide to break out the dice and the games, but I'm down with just having a few rounds...

Who's with me?

-Ben.
