Last week, Dan Repperger and I started a new project I'd like to tell you all about. Even though it's not 100% done, we're really excited by its early success. We have launched a 24-hour streaming radio station. Our goal is to cover two major demographics that podcasts don't easily reach:
1. General consumers that want quality content they can play without needing to select, download, and queue specific files. You can listen to gaming radio while at work or doing chores around the house - or just tune in to see "what's on."
2. We see an excellent opportunity to bridge a communication gap between consumers and publishers by offering this to retailers to play throughout the day in place of muzak. The station went live a week ago, and we've already got a short list of stores signed up.
As of right now, the play list is primarily material from some hand-selected podcasts. However, we have some new, original content we're actively pursuing. We're also looking to diversify, keeping our focus on gaming while giving some air time to anime, movies, comics, and such.
This is a new effort, so we're still polishing it. Several improvements are already in the works, primarily centered around the content. But if you want to see what we're doing from the ground floor, check it out at:

I've been trying to get this off the ground since June 2008, and am just... I'm excited! Having Dan as a partner is also exciting. I've relied on his advice while launching Atomic Array and I'm a big fan of his podcast, Fear the Boot.
Dan created a widget so that you can add a War Pig player to any website. I created a video that explains how to set it up:

If you have any issues, let me know. We can give you a "small small" version, one that can fit in the top header section, if you like. _________________ Ed Healy |

That would be sweet. I also sent an email recommending that the WRPG link in your widget be set so that it open in a new window...If at all possible. |

Yeah, I know the player does, but the widget has a straight link to y'alls website as well. The website link is the one that needs to open up in a new window.
My suggestion at any rate. |

Liz, the pop-up thing now works for you. It won't kill the chat window _________________ Ed Healy |
