Yes, the basic patronage covers forum access, voting, credit in the book, the playtest docs, and the final PDF.
Buying in print is not required, but it is not included in the basic patronage.

Wolfgang,
I've been away for awhile and I was wondering how everything was going on Midgard. I only ever got the map and I hope to see more, and I can't wait to see the final product. |

Well, on the bright side, the setting did ship! And the next project, Midgard Tales, is due out in June.
So, perhaps not TOO torturous.
