So I got my Midgard Campaign Setting book today(love it btw) and I am flipping through it. The very last printed page is a complete Midgard Campaign ad, with lots of pdf's and supplements to get.
Cool, I think.

Until I can't find some of them. Alot actually.
The player's guides are listed as "available now", but I can't find them on the website at all.

Some of the adventures are also MIA.

Is this a feature or a bug?

Thanks!

The Player's Guides are in PDF final layout, and should be available shortly - the first three will probably be (in no particular order): Wasted West, Seven Cities and the Dragon Empire, followed shortly by the Crossroads Player's Guide, if the Gods of Editing and Publishing smile upon us ("subject to change without notice" is our catechism....)

I believe the "available now" refers to the Gazateers and some of the adventure modules (M1 - 3). The Gazateers are available in PDF and print, and the some of the adventures are available now in PDF, with the rest coming soon.

Anything else, I will defer to the Kobold King....

The Crossroads Player's Guide ships this month, and probably the Dragon Empire as well.

At least five adventures are coming this month as well, as Journeys to the West is on press.

So what you're saying is I need to rethink my budget for this next month....

Very Happy

Awesome news. Thank you both for the replies.

The Crossroads Player's guide is awesome. They are very much like Paizo regional players guides.

New race options and traits. New magic (such as Clockwork and Illumination schools). Equipment. Player friendly overview of the region. Nothing really detailed.

Plus there is a new class and several archetypes and two awesome bloodlines.

I am not sure what they want to keep a surprise for Monday, so I won't say what those are.

Considering the price, you get a crapton of info.

Lol, I know I sound like an ad, but I am actually kicking myself over never discovering Midgard before.

<SNIP>

Just so I'm clear (memory's failing due to child-induced lack of sleep): the Player's Guides are *not* included as freebies to Kickstarter backers.

Good point, and yes, you are correct.

The Player's Guides were written entirely separately from the Midgard Campaign Setting book, and are new material not included in any Kickstarter.

Good to know. Gotta decide where the limited gaming budget goes...

Yep, they are priced very competively at $4.99 for a 32-page book. The Crossroads one in particular is loaded with great rules crunch.

And of course, I forgot to ask: Are the Player's Guides PDF only, or will there be a print version at some point?

They are PDF only.

I sort of doubt that people really want to pay $20 for a 32-page full-color POD print book. I could be wrong, of course, but I went for color art throughout and stuck with PDF to keep the price down.

No, but I'd consider $30ish for a 96-page softcover compilation of three of them together. (because your head isn't aching enough yet.)

Ha. That's one of the things I thought needed a compilation, for sure. Midgard Player's Guide, anyone? Smile
