I'm pretty sure that's because the Pathfinder RPG has not been released yet (remember, it's only in Beta now)
I'm willing to put money on the fact the the Pathfinder RPG will be nominated for best new game next year ... and it will win! You heard it here first folks 
I voted earlier this morning - all Paizo / Pathfinder and Kobold Quarterly / Open Design!

You know, I also voted all KQ/OD - but the only category in which I cast a vote for Paizo was the single art category they got nominated for. Their production values are top-notch, but thus far I don't like much else.
I'd suspect the really good stuff will start coming out after PFRPG launches.
