I was trying to find a synopsis for steam and brass on wolfgang's site, and realized that the older OD projects aren't summarized beyond their basic theme. So I was wondering what the basic plot of Empire of the Ghouls and Steam and Brass are, if anyone cares to share.

Empire isn't so much plot as immersion. It's an enormous below-ground non-Drow empire sourcebook. (Which is fantastic, by the way!*) Steam & Brass was an adventure, but it's hard to describe. Suffice it to say that "PCs against mechanically enhanced dark angels" is only part of it.

*I mean this in a "it doesn't have drow" way.
