Is a square that holds a Dying PC considered occupied in reference to ending movement of another PC/NPC? Question

Do monsters get the states Disabled/Dying or do they die at 0 HP's?

I tend to allow PCs (and NPCs) to stand in the same square as a dead/dying creature, whether it's another PC or an enemy. However, I can't recall if that's the actual rule or not.

Depends on the creature. Undead and constructs are destroyed at zero hit points, and any creature with the Swarm subtype breaks up and disperses upon reaching zero hit points. Otherwise, the creature follows all the normal rules for death and dying.
