| Sorry, I'm a bit impatient when I get fired up to do something, but 78 views suggests a LOT of people who don't seem inclined to involve themselves. It's irritating. When you or your artist friend find time, good, don't feel that I'm trying to rush you. What was the RPG if I may ask? |
It's called Edgewalkers, it's pretty obscure It seems to have vanished from pretty much everywhere other than Lulu |

It's not going to be a lot. Out of 80 page views, I'd wager around 10 or so would be crawlers.
Plus, there's obsessive folks like me here, who check the thread every time there's a new post. That also inflates the number of views. _________________ John Ling

I'm always happy to throw my hat in the ring for maps - and I'm interested in branching out into other illustration too.
I know loads of good mappers if you're looking to expand the stable of cartographers. As for other artists, I'd recommend browsing recent Artorder challenges. That gives a great cross section of work from fantasy artists looking for work - both pretty established and starting out. I'll mention in particular Jason Rainville, Tyler Bartley, Hugo Solis (again) and Arthur Wang. |

Hey, I want to play too!
I’m a professional graphic artist / illustrator / designer. I do a fair amount of freelance graphic design and illustration as well, including book covers, magazine work etc ...
I have done illustrations for Kobold Quarterly (both the magazine and the web site), the Zobeck Gazetteer, Raging Swan Press, Last Unicorn Games and Wayfinder magazine.
I've also worked with Super Genius Games.
You can check my profile for more info if you're so inclined _________________ Marc Radle

Yay Artists! Don't worry if you don't get immediate responses, now that this thread is here it can and probably will be used as a resource in current and future projects! _________________ Roachling avatar pic drawn by Alexandra Douglass.

Glen Zimmerman is my favorite artist ( http://jasposis.deviantart.com/gallery/# ) I work with him here in Jax. We're in the same art group. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1067760229#!/profile.php?id=100001287422522
Guy Davis would be cool to get some black and write ink picture from. He was White Wolf's go-to guy in the late 90's. I no that most of the inside art for Open Design is black and white so we should look for artist strong in that area. He draws B.P.R.D. full time now though, I don't think he'd be able to do a lot of pictures. But a couple would be great.
Wayne Reyolds did a lot of black and white for Wizards as Third Edition was coming out. The soft back Sword and Fist book is full of is ink work, it's real clean. I bet he could do those really fast now a days too with ten more years of practise under his belt.
I also like Tom Flemming who had done some covers for Heavy Metal Magazine. His covers seem to match the style of the Open Design covers on the books already out. |

I'd love to get B&W Wayne Reynolds work, but I'm really betting he's out of our range. I'll look into it, though.
Just need to punch through this manuscript and then dig into that.

Given that Wayne Reynolds is more-or-less the Paizo house artist these days, doing all those hardback covers, I *know* he's out of our price range, and booked months in advance.
Glen and Guy... Well, would love to see a link or PDF portfolio. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

| I also turned in one of Glen's pics as concept art with some of my writing for Streets of Zobeck. |
