I also haven't seen an email about this. I think I ordered the print edition through DriveThru with a code so that might be the difference.
As it's pretty much mid November I was wondering if the ETA is still accurate.
Very much looking forward to getting the hardcopy. |

Everyone who was due a refund did get one. Ordering one through DriveThru would have meant no refund required.
I'm still hopeful for a November ship date, though honestly the whole print process started in July and I'm quite frustrated by the constant excuses and delays.
I have started working with another printer as a result. I'm unable to provide a meaningful ETA, though I wish it were otherwise.

Thanks for the update. Maybe you could post again in a couple of weeks if the book doesn't look like shipping at the end of the month.

An excellent question. I have grown oddly reluctant to share news, as the printer fails and fails again to deliver.
I expect to be shipping copies someday. I really do. But we're now over a month past the date I thought we'd be shipping on the outside.
I will announce the arrival of printed copies at KQ HQ as soon as it happens.

Any update on this? I see the book can now be bought by POD through DTRPG. I am a little annoyed by the idea that even though I am an early adopter I may actually be getting my book later than others who buy it months later.
Any chance we can get refunds, so we can buy this version and actually get the book? |

The print release was announced both here at KQ and in the Courier in December, and it has been for sale for the past 30 days. All pre-orders shipped a month ago.
If your preorder hasn't arrived, just send the order number and a note of your current address (in case it went to an old one). We'll send out a replacement right away.
