These little guys have a bit of a following. Here is a page of stats and very interesting feats for all tiers. I especially like the Adorable by Association feat. I can so imagine the scene playing out with a group of adventurers being dragged before a Queen to face judgement, the hoods being removed and their prompt exoneration.

Tibbits are basically halflings that can shapeshift into housecats. Lupins are wolf people.

Both of the above are fan created as far as I know and the Tibbit and Lupin 3.5 racial traits are in the Dragon Compendium Vol. 1, but I found both sets of traits listed ->> here
