Actually, it looks like Thursday is preferred over Wednesday. I fly in Wednesday and have a bunch of setup to worry about, so perhaps Thursday/Saturday is the better option. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

| Proposed time please? I'm flying in that night, so I may not be immediately available, but if that's okay, I'll show up! |

Wolfgang, I am game for which ever night you have more of a vacancy for, if there is space. I'll be the first person to bow out if there is need for more slots. I'm still trying to sort out my Con schedule, but figured I should start laying down plans.
Edit: Wow! How lamely indecisive is that!? |

Ok, so as of right now, it appears Wednesday is out. The current two days being suggested are Thursday and Saturday. People that have spoken up for these games are:
Thursday night: (7pm? 8pm? 9pm? later?)
Terraleon
Valmiras
Varianor (depending on start time)
Daigle
Saturday afternoon: (12-4?)
Watcher
Daigle
Terraleon (tenative)
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I will be at GenCon, and could make either game too.
I'll be with two other guys who are not patrons of Open Design. If we for sure want something to work out, they could be alternates for the game I'm in - that way, if more patrons come along, they get bumped out, but the game still happens if nobody else shows. |

For those of you playing along at home, I've got a bit of an update. I will be running through the True Dungeon with the Knights of the Moonlit Cabbage on Saturday at 3pm. I might not be able to play Saturday if the tentative times listed are indeed the times the game will go on. Or, I just need to be killed off before then.
Just keepin' you fine folks posted. |

Is it possible we can spin this past the livejournal site? I'm sure there must be more of us going to GenCon, I'm just not sure everyone's thinking to look here.

Still watching this thread..
Crap.. I didn't even catch the pun till I typed it.. never mind, moving on...
I've gotten my ticket for Saturday. If there's no way to run a Saturday game, I might start looking at some of the Paizo games. But I'd love to play in a Wolfgang game.
Is it still just me and Ben on Saturday? |

I'll be there with you fellers in spirit...in that random dice roll, the strange breeze that shuffles your papers, that annoying wet sock funk, the whispering voice telling you to buy more pizza.
Yep, that will be me.

Thursday night I'm in one of the 8 hour RPGA events. I'd be very interested in a Saturday afternoon game. At 12:00, I'm in a miniatures event that I'd drop out of, if there is DnD to play. I also will have two other friends with me who'd like to join in, but aren't patrons. Dunno what the thoughts are about that.... |

| If Wolfgang's event on Saturday doesn't go off, I still have two open slots for my own off-grid game, which is Bazaar of the Bezoar, a Six Arabian Nights-inspired event. (and sometimes people cancel) |

My friends and I are doing LFR on Saturday evening (and Sunday morning), but your event sounds pretty cool, so I'd appreciate it if you'd consider me a tentative yes, depending on what happens with Wolgang's game. Don't hold any slots for me if you get firm interest from others, but the 6AN-style event sounds interesting. |
