If we've purchased a pdf from the store, and wanted to download a new or the latest copy, is that possible without repurchasing?

Brian, it should be in your account. View the order, and then scroll down some. There will be a download link next to the product--at least that's what I see on my screen. I re-downloaded the KQ issues last night.
