I seem to have a PM sittinging in my Outbox that will not send. It has been in my Outbox for at least a day and will not pop over into the Sent box.
Is it stuck? Do PMs sometimes just take a long time to send? Do I maybe not understand the difference between the Outbox and the Sent box?
Thanks!!! _________________ Marc Radle

Dude, that's not a stuck PM, that's a PM that has not been read yet. When is has it will appear in your "Sent" Box. Also, sometimes people are not aware they have a PM. So, if it gets very old, perhaps the person has just over-looked it. |

...which is exactly what happened between James and myself a few months ago.
(especially that part about people not noticing PMs...sorry again, James.) |

Wow - really? Well, don't I feel dumb!
OK, so know I know that Outbox actually means Sent and Sent actually means Read Sheesh!
Thanks for the help guys! _________________ Marc Radle

One nice thing (if I remember correctly anyway) is that you can edit the PM while it's still unread. _________________ John Ling

Here's a separate PM problem - although two new PM's were in my inbox, the notification in the upper right of the forums ("You have no new messages") never changed. Anyone else have that problem? _________________ Mike Furlanetto
