| Are "Journeys to the West" patronages available through the KQ store? I was going to send the link to a couple of friends in case they wanted to join, but I can't find any such information on the web site. Is the project "closed" now that the kickstart is over? |

I think a few stragglers is fine, though I'm going to close this out fairly soon.

Holy catfish Batwolf! I just realized that we have a crew of 286 individual patrons. That's incredible! _________________ Jim Groves

Yeah, even with 42 of them being the "just send me the PDF" folks who don't really care about the forums or the print edition, I think it is the largest number of backers Open Design has ever had.
I suspect Kickstarter+Open Design track record = win. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Thanks Wolfgang. I hope "soon" means "days" rather than "hours"!
I've passed on the link - hopefully my friends in Maryland and Georgia will decide to join us. |

Yeah, "soon" definitely means "sometime in the new year" rather than "this weekend".
But once that store link goes away, we're done. I don't want the voyage overcrowded. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Once again it seems I am late to the party but I plan on being in on the ground floor for the next one. Is there a thread for the new project pitches? _________________ Ronald Corn |

It happens to all of us - I completely missed out on "Dark Roads and Golden Hells", even though I had desperately wanted to be part of it.
Like you, I plan to be on the next project. See you there! |

I hate to hear that the message isn't getting out, so I'll list the best places to hear about new projects:
1) Here on the KQ Blog/home page
2) In the Kobold Courier
3) on the KQ Company FB page (there's also an old personal KQ page, that doesn't get updated as much as the company one)
4) KQ twitter acct
Maybe we should add the forums to the list? I'm not sure I posted the announcements here. Which is sort of silly.
Also, the Summer project will be announced by the end of April. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Well, I missed DR&GH for financial rather than informational reasons.
However, it does seem that having even more places to find this information would be a good thing. |

I have no excuse. I got the emails from both KQ blog & The Courier. It just seems I never commit early enough. So not KQ's fault. I plan to commit early on next time. _________________ Ronald Corn |

Hurray for stowaways! If Christina catches you, though, it's peeling potatoes all the way to port! _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Still plenty for stowaways to do (besides potatos) - there are a couple of pitches left, and voting on previous pitches, and there is still reviewing the manuscript...so get to work, my bucko! (or at least look around and see how we run the joint....) _________________ Adam W. Roy
