As a serious Cthulhu and RPG collector and twice monthly cthulhu gamemaster, I am more interested in a print edition of Red Eye of Azathoth than in a pdf file. Is a printed edition planned or do I have to buy the pdf and print it myself?

I believe you had to be a patron of the project to get a print copy. Only the pdf is for sale now.

Correct! The patrons and contributors got the print copies. We might have one for a charity auction or contest as well, but it was not released in print.

So, it's quite a rarity.
