Could you imagine having her as a player in this AP? No one wanted to try that. So she was elected.

Having played in a game with a history major, I can say that it would suck, a lot. Much better to have them run the game instead.

EDIT: I LOATHE TYPOS.

Yeah I know I wouldn't feel comfortable GMing Any Asian themed game. I don't know enough background to pull it off convincingly.

Yeah it's the same way as me and Planescape. I have gone over that cannon so much, that I know TOO much about it, LOL. Probably why I can't let the setting go, even if it really hasn't been updated since 2E

Oh I could. I just would not set it in any Japanese analog. Korean or Tibetan maybe.

Its calming.. but did not help. Got tired of the job and walked out today. New Job Tuesday next week. But I shall use this time to meditate and relax and get caught up on my several books I need to read.

Sorry to hear that CJ. Well, you are done soon

Tuesday is a Fall gem here. Sunny, cool and breezy.

Despite being sick, I managed to get further along in my bookcase project. I am planning to get them painted tomorrow.

I also got a bit of writing in, now it is time to update my PbPs

Later!

Congrats on the new gig! Sometimes a change is exactly what you need, and I hope the new job delivers.

Me, I met a new cartographer via Facebook yesterday. Figures, he's from Seattle. Very Happy

A good cartographer is worth a sack of gold. Gratz! I follow a few on Facebook m'self. I love Alyssa Faden's work

Gad, I have to get something finished for a certain Butterfroggie. *sigh* deadlines...

Alyssa did some cool stuff for a Certain Seafaring Exploration book.

And she has an Even More Sekrit kobold project.

I hope we get to work with her a bunch.

And erm, yes, shuffling back to these deadlines of mine right over here. Smile

Happy Wednesday everyone!

My homebrew PbP is running through the Ship of Fools module from TPK games. I am pretty stoked about it, as it is really entertaining, and has a really creepy vibe, perfect for my Lovecraftian-infused sea setting.

On a similar note, has anyone ever read Adrift on The Haunted Seas by William Hope Hodgson? He's an overlooked author of sea-based horror. Recommended highly.

Does anyone know of some other good sea-based adventures for a mid-level party? (5th to 6th?) PbP means I'll be running this one for a few more months, but I'll need something else to segue into afterwards.
