A few of the maps in Journey's West are missing their scale and while several have sufficient information in the text regarding size a few don't. Specifically; map on p 24, Burning Shores p 40 and Kammae's Landing p 135. Perhaps someone involved with the project has a few tattered scraps of paper with that information?

pg 23 has some details on scale for that one: Meshong-Lir is 13 miles across at its widest and the Norn Tower is 5 miles south of there.
