Even kobolds have to face the gremlins at times. As terrific as the book and its proofreaders and editors were, some mistakes may have slipped by (not terribly surprising in such a massive tome). Some of those mistakes have already been corrected in the PDF. We can try to use this thread to compile errata in one place.
Errata for the 1st Printing:
p. 5 Chapter 6 is missing from the Table of Contents. The table should include:
*Chapter 6: The Seven Cities .... 126
**A Supremely Short History of the Seven Cities .... 127
**Five Reasons for War .... 128
**August Republic of Valera .... 131
**Grand Duchy of Illyria .... 134
**Green Duchy of Verrayne .... 136
**Theocracy of Kammae Straboli .... 138
***The Price of Requiem .... 139
**Barony of Capleon .... 141
**Canton of Melana .... 143
**Friula, City of Secrets .... 145
**Republic of Trombei .... 147
**Maritime Republic of Triolo .... 150
**Serene Isle of Kyprion .... 154
p. 9 The Time Flies optional rule is explained in this thread. "...assume that at least 1 month (and more often 1 season) passes between game sessions."
p. 20 Under Using Ley Lines, lines 12-13: 14 should be 18. "...a 4th level spell would require a DC 18 caster level check."

Don't even get me started on the crossreferences on page 32. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Oh, that's on my to-do list. ^_^ My hardbacks are at home, though, so I only have the pdf with me at the moment. _________________ -Carlos Ovalle |

I've updated the errata with some things I've found or have seen mentioned so far. I'll continue to update the initial message as I or others find material. _________________ -Carlos Ovalle |

Additionally:
More $$ on page 77
Seggotan Domain List appears to have erroneous + on page 245
... Will add to the list as I find them.
Thanks,

Thanks, Chris! It's page 244 on the hardback, I think? A + means that the domain is from a non-core, non-MCS, non-Divine Favor source, I believe (p. 229, "How to Read the Pantheon Details"). Is it that the Prophecy domain shouldn't have a + on 244, the Prophecy domain should have a + on the table on page 241, it should have both, neither, or something else? I *think* the Prophecy domain is from Divine Favor, so should have a * in both places. Can someone verify? _________________ -Carlos Ovalle |

By the way, are we looking to fix even minor things?
For example, on page 60 of the Hardcover, in the description for Clarsaya there are two NPCs with empty brackets.
Paladin 14 [] for example. I think someone was supposed to insert a deity.
I don't think anyone would notice.
Chris

P 57
Erzsebet Tar Jozsa of the Black Tower, Sorcerer’s Duchess (Sorcerer’s Bitch)
Sorcerer's Bitch? Is this just what the locals call her, or is it a title explained in another book somewhere? Seems incongruous with the other "flavor" descriptions for NPCs. Hey I get that a Ghoul kingdom isn't a nice place, just making sure this belongs there. |

Yeah, the ghouls have nasty names for each other. This is technically correct, though Miss Manners would surely say it is so very wrong. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Got a page # for the Time Flies optional rule? Haven't been able to find it yet.
Great Book though - plenty of good park reading while the kiddos are running about.
EDIT - Never mind - saw your answer in the other thread Wolfgang. Cheers. |

| The city of Melana is not on the 7 cities map. It is also not on the Ipad app. Therefore the Canton of Melana is not named on the map. |

That was one of the first things I noticed... I love Dwarves.
You can tell where it is from the description though, at the spot where the roads come together. (I would say crossroads, but I would hate to confuse people.) |

Yep, just south of the Cantons. The weird thing is, I saw it on an earlier version of the map.
Call has gone out to Jonathan, should have a revised map soon. _________________ Wolfgang Baur
