This review made my day! I wasn't sure how io9 would view Midgard, but clearly they get it and love it.

And yeah, the interview went swimmingly. Definitely worth a read.

Yes, a great review and well worth checking out. Also some interesting thoughts and background on creating a Midgardian world from Wolfgang. It's a pity the comments degenerated into an edition-war slanging match that all but ignored the review or Midgard! ;p

[EDIT: The review also contains a reference by Wolfgang to a very intriguing competition the winner of which gets to design an adventure for Midgard. Mmmm. Midgard.....
BTW Wolfgang - whatever happened to the gamers in every continent competition? How went the Antarcticans?]

Not a single entry!!!! I had like $900 of Pathfinder books, a bunch of them signed by their authors (freelancers and Paizo staff alike) that I was giving away.

So disappointed by that. Ah well, more game books for me.

I am equal parts ashamed, shocked and appalled neither I nor any other OD freaks got their act together on that. To think I would have won if I ONLY f$&king entered. Nnnnnnrrrrrr.

I thought it was a cool competition, and was so [i]going[/] to enter. Oh well. Enjoy all your goodies Wolfgang!!! Wink

The World Conquest Challenge did indeed end with no entries, but the ANTARCTICA CHALLENGE (which should always be written in ALL CAPS) still stands!
