Depends on how much of the conversion you want to see up close. If you sign up now, you'll be in from the start, and can participate in the poll about the level range for the adventure, etc.
If you sign up later (in May), you'll have the chance to playtest some of it. The 4E version of the adventure should ship later this summer. No firm date for it yet.

The 3E version has gone through playtest and moved on to editing and development.
I expect it to ship sometime in June.

I'm patron of the 3E version of the Halls, but I want to receive 4E version also.
Have I to sign for 4E patronage too? is this version for 3.5 patrons also? Do we have an special fee to jump to 4E? |

Yeah, this has come up repeatedly and I've given the same stalling response every time. Patrons do get the edition of their choice, but not both.
If you do want both, there will be a (modest) fee, maybe $10 or $20, to be a dual-system patron. That gets you 2 gazeteers and 2 versions of the adventure total.
I haven't yet made the dual-system post on the Open Design blog, but will have to do so soon, as the 3E/OGL version will ship in the next 60 days or so.
Thanks for the reminder! I will make that announcement to patrons by May 1.
