Everyone else, thanks for the recommendations, will try to follow up. Maybe it’s worth creating a subscription flyer for places that *don’t* carry it? After all, it wouldn’t cost them any sales…..

Re: Compleat Strategist in NYC, I have seen copies of KQ on the shelf as recently as last Saturday. I guess it’s possible they aren’t ordering many and thus the shelf is empty of them on a regular basis, or maybe they just ordered it the one time I saw it. In any case, I have seen it there.

Diamond does carry KQ, as it happens. But stores need to hear the word of mouth before they order from Diamond/Alliance/IPR etc.

Gave a call and made sure Dragon’s Lair (http://www.dlair.net/) here in Austin was still a customer, and they are. Most of our shops are comics, but I also hit up Tribe Comics & Games (http://www.yelp.com/biz/tribe-comics-and-games-austin), who said they “try” to carry it -not quite sure what that means, but they kind of put it in the lap of their distributors, whom they would not divulge although I suspect it is Diamond.

Actually, hitting up Diamond is PROBABLY the way to go in this push -I know what a pain they can be in the industry, but they ARE the biggest and most complete distribution network.

Austin seems covered!

I doubt (though do not know for sure) that my old favourite shop in Munich stocks it. It used to sell Dungeon and Dragon magazines, though, so I guess they might consider carrying KQ:

Matt’s Cavalcade Of Comics Cards & Collectibles used to carry Dragon, and it carries some Pathfinders, but it does not carry KQ.
