You are correct – it should specify “class abilities” only. It is modeled on (stolen from?) the Tiefling “Fiendish Sorcery” ability, due to the Behtu’s demonic bloodlines.

Two: if the Behtu are half-pygmy/half-ape, why do they have tusks “like a great boar”? Maybe that’s just how Mechuiti rolls…
