I would think with a back door, good acoustics and excellent feng shui, it’s a no brainer. How else do you walk the familiar in a haunted wood without disturbing the zombies? You can always brick up part of the door, remove the skulls, add a coat of pleasant pastel paint and a few doctored up wards, and voila, subdued lair. It wouldn’t hurt to put up an “X” with the words “Cleared” and a date. Adventurers are so gullible.
