I know of a few off the top of my head, but I'm very fortunate indeed to belong to a gaming society that has its own website and forum, and GMs can use this to seed ideas plot ideas from week one. I've done this in the past, and have places plot seeds, red herrings, and random thoughts on the board, and just seen what my players have done with them.
