Of course, I have some of my own:

1. One of the PCs bites into a bread roll at local bakery and finds a dried human finger in it. The baker is as surprised as the PC, and has no idea where the finger came from.
2. One of the PCs feels something wriggling around in his bedroll whenever he tries to sleep. When he checks his bedroll it is empty.
3. Thirteen doves circle the PCs wherever they go.
4. A strange fog wafts around the PCs, carrying with it the crying of a young child. The fog lifts after a few minutes, leaving behind a child’s doll sitting on the footpath.
5. Small flames are extinguished whenever the PCs appear, as if blown out by a strong breeze.
6. An evil wizards guild invents a vile new spell. One of the magical phrases used in the spell’s casting is identical to the name of one of the PCs.

and…

7. Whenever the PCs go to sleep in a tavern or inn they wake up to find that the furniture in their room has subtlely shifted position.

Ive used this one countless times. milk spoils, flames burn blue, babies start to cry, cats hiss and dogs howl when ever the party walks by. its because of the spell casting character. got that off the Warlock movies….:)
