When 'Vile Regurgitation' was first presented there were concerns as to the usefullness of infecting a 4th Ed opponent with a disease, as it relies largely on the fairness of the GM to inflict it on a creature even after it escapes. After reading the Courts book in it's entirety I see that with the chances of dueling a particular opponent more than once this power could easily become very useful. The Radiant damage final stage being exceptionaly punishing to shadow fey, they might think twice before facing the PCs more than once.
