		<description><![CDATA[Very nice - I like the little touch of failed rolls still seeming to succeed - makes the players look like heroes whilst still costing them in the long run.  May also lead to the players going after those who gave them bad information and adds a little character to the npc.  Are they suspicious, cowardly etc.]]></description>
