Hi Gang,
Busy busy busy
But I was thinking about you all, and I didn't want to limit this to just one project. My wife sent this to me yesterday. As encouragement, validation, and just because its cool. It's a commencement speech given by Neil Gaiman (who never graduated from an institute of higher learning). Mr. Gaiman speaks to all artists but particularly to writers, and especially writers who deal with the creative.
It was something I was glad to hear, so I thought I would share.
Neil Gaiman gives advice to freelancers, Safe for work
Got kind of tired packing and unpacking,
Town to town and up and down the Nile*
Maybe you and me were never meant to be,
But baby think of me once in awhile.

Jim, thank you for this inspiring video. As a new freelancer it comes as an auspicious time. I have my first paid work, Temple of Dagon, appearing at PaizoCon at the gaming tables. I plan to enjoy the moment.

All very good stuff...except for the resume faking. Besides rubbing me the wrong way in general, seems like that's a good way to get blacklisted these days.
It's not close to the immorality of plagiarizing someone else's work but with Twitter+Facebook I've seen that you can blacklist someone incredibly quickly these days.
People who are hoping to play the system like that should be aware that the it's much much easier to check these things than it was before. _________________ Please Contribute Words to:
