I am currently writing a themed third-party supplement for the Pathfinder RPG, and I'm looking for talented and creative people who are interested in contributing. While I'm writing the majority of the supplement (and have written approximately 1/2 to 2/3 already), I have a couple other people providing material as well, and I would like to have more.
The project is estimated to be a 64- to 96-page book that will contain class archetypes, spells, feats, gear, magic items, traits, class features, optional alternate rules, and more, all of them concerning the theme of stealth, thievery, guile, and subtlety. It will be published as a PDF in full color first, and then if interest is sufficient, as a printed full-color book.
Contributions will be for-hire, with guaranteed attribution in the final product, which will be professionally edited to a high standard. You can contribute as much or as little as you like, provided that your contributions adhere to the theme of the book and meet the standards of quality that I'm looking for with this project.
So, what am I looking for exactly? I am interested in:
* Artists, to illustrate class archetypes, magic items, and gear, and provide interstitial art and graphic design;
* Cartographers, to create high-quality full-color maps of locations such as thieves' guilds, gambling dens, and the lairs of secret societies; and
* Writers, to write balanced, interesting, useful class archetypes, spells, feats, gear, and magic items.
Aside from requiring material to meet the thematic and quality standards, I'd like to give contributors the opportunity to really exercise their creativity in the ways that interest them. If you have an idea for something--even an entirely new chapter--that fits the criteria, discuss it with me and we'll see if it can fit into the scope of the project.
Finally, be aware that contributing to the project in a way that gets you payment and attribution will require you to sign a basic contract.
If you are interested, please send me a private message on the forums letting me know what you'd like to do. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! _________________ - Matt Blackie |
