Oh, i am so liking the idea of a party of drakes!

I'm building towards a new campaign and just might have to pitch that idea to the group, even if only for the first few sessions to see how it works!

Thanks!

You could have the party rescure a clutch of drakes who've lost a parent, and then sort of tuck that away into the background.

Later in the campaign, the party might get in over its head, and get captured or tied down somewhere and unable to get out of a bad situation, and in the next session, you hand each player one of the drakes, now a bit older, and tell them that the drakes they helped some time ago have kept an eye on them, and the one that was spying on them went back and got his siblings to help rescue their former rescuers!

That way the party gets to play the drakes that bust them out (or harry the foes that have them pinned down), without it being more than a couple of sessions.

That...is brilliant. Filed for future reference.

Indeed. Great ideas, Set!

This has been a great thread-- but which post are you talking about?

Now, now...I like to offer up the Turing Test before I call Pornish Spambot.

Just because the sigblock is a straight advert and the four existing posts are completely without value, we could be wrong.

So, am I wrong? If I am, I'll buy you a pdf, seoinheritx. I don't think I am, though.

Spambots are everywhere! They're a threat to our vital fluids!

Hi Folks!

I'm starting my next campaign this weekend, Session 0, and will be looking for a place to add Set's idea in. Kingmaker should provide lots of opportunities.
