| Yes, there's the Plane of Evermaw, Zobeck has some necromancers within its schools, The Ghoul Imperium, The Kalder of Kariv. . . I'm sure there's more. |

I'm thinking perhaps there are a few White Necromancers around as well ...

There's also the Principalities of Morgau and Doresh, and the magocracy of Allain likely has some necromancers.
So, yes, there are a number of regions and regions in Midgard that have necromancers involved.
