We are having a game issue concerning the wizard's wall ability. The powers text says wall 8 within 10. The powers text says the wall can be up to 8 squares long and 4 high. The issue is that I say the wall cannot be 8 long and 4 high simultaneously. That would make it a wall 32 not a wall 8. This has the whole party against me. Which is correct?

You are correct. The caster has 8 total squares to put down. He only gets a height of 1 for free. So he could make it 2 wide and 4 high, 8 wide and 1 high, 4 wide and 2 high, etc.
