When you choose mastery in one implement does that mean you can no longer weild the others? Do you lose proficincy with wands and orbs if you chose staff mastery?

No. Having implement mastery does not limit what kind of implements you can use, just like a fighter with Weapon Focus (Greataxe) could still pick up a sword.
