Indeed, I am "GhoulKing" on the Wizbook site. I haven't had a lot of time to play with the new WotC forums/facebook/social thing.
If you can bring in a few new patrons, maybe I should offer a bounty? I agree that a OD group on the Wizards boards is an excellent idea. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

This probably comes as a surprise to everybody, but I'm Zherog on the WotC forums. I know, crazy right? _________________ John Ling

You keep confusing me with all these alternate screennames and handles and call signs and nicknames!
Why can't you standardize on just one? WHY!? _________________ Wolfgang Baur

That's just how I roll.
Ben -- can you shoot me an invite? If not, I'll track you down and force myself upon your group. _________________ John Ling

Matthew Cicci has a Monday Monster up on the home page, which may well appear in the Courts of the Shadow Fey project.
Thoughts? Interest in more previews? _________________ Wolfgang Baur

Design principles up for the senior patrons. Maybe I'm completely off base with them, but I think it's good to aim for the stars.
We can get down to earth again later. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

| Any chance this project will do a version for both editions, like Mountain King did? I've no desire to spend on 4E, but I'd be happy to buy a 3.5 version. |

A full redesign for 3E seems extremely unlikely, given what a huge amount of work the dual-edition Halls has been. It's added months to the project calendar. The 3E edition shipped in August; the 4E will ship in October.
OTOH, if there's patron interest in generating the required stat blocks (without additional editorial or layout work), there's no reason not to do that level of conversion.
That said, the 4E version still hasn't been commissioned. So perhaps the question is premature. _________________ Wolfgang Baur

That's fine - a stat block conversion is really all I'd expect.
Premature? I suppose so... But the teasers for this project have really grabbed my imagination and I'm already enthusiastic about a 3E/Pahfinder version! |
