| Since the KQ forums don't allow for direct upload of avatars... anyone recommend a free avatar hosting service THAT ISN'T GOING TO SLAP THEIR URL ACROSS THE AVATAR? |

I'm glad my avatar choice is appreciated. But I still need a free hosting site that isn't going to put their logo across the bottom of the pic.
Anyone recommend one? |

I use Photobucket. It's free. Just give them an e-mail that you don't mind receiving some spam. _________________ Jim Groves

Hi,
I'm not used to forums where you can't upload your own little avatar pic. What do I need to do to get one on to my profile?
Thanks

You need to find a site that will let you post the picture online, Richard, and then when you edit your KQ Forum profile, you link back to that picture.
There are many ways to do this.. the easiest is one of those free image posting sites like Photobucket. You create a free account and if you're worried about spam, use an e-mail dedicated t getting junk mail.. because once in a blue moon they'll shoot you a note asking if you want their premium service.
Once you have an account, you upload your avatar images, and you'll be able to link back to them in your forum profile over here.
It sounds complicated, but it's not all that bad. Just a few steps. _________________ Jim Groves
